The weather was superb this afternoon as 58 people showed up for Ocracoke's 5K/8K run/walk, and 1 mile fun run. All fees & donations went to benefit island non-profit organizations. Later on the school sponsored a hoop-a-thon that attracted most of the school children and their families.
